Normandy Forest is a quaint subdivision established in 1996, and is located in Spring, TX. We consist of 531 single family homes just minutes from I-45 and the Grand Parkway. Our neighborhood has many amenities to offer. We have a neighborhood pool with swimming lanes and a water slide, as well as a separate kiddie pool and qualified lifeguards for safety. On those nice days we can take a walk on the walking path at one of the two neighborhood parks available to all residents. Kreinhop Elementary, Schindewolf Middle School and Klein Collins High School are all located right next door to the neighborhood. All 3 schools are within walking distance. Because we are so close to all three schools, we have crossing guards for our kids’ safety. Speaking of safety, we have patrol officers from Precinct 4 that monitor our neighborhood day and night as well as the Spring FIre Department less than a mile away.
